Registration & Accommodations
Daily meetings will be held at the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel.
Registration
REGISTRATION PRIOR TO THE CONFERENCE WILL CLOSE ON THURSDAY, JULY 14. HOWEVER, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO REGISTER ON-SITE. The tuition fee of $950.00 includes registration and course materials, coffee breaks, cocktail reception and conference banquet. Spouses/Companions and additional guests are cordially invited to attend the conference banquet for the nominal fee of $25 per person (age 12 and older).
Travel Accommodations
Travel accommodations including airline, lodging, and transportation may be made through University Travel. A $200 per person deposit is required to make reservations. You can download the reservation form from the document library below. Once you have filled out the reservation form, return it via fax or mail to the address indicated on the form. Hotel Accommodations:
Accommodations will be offered at both Hapuna Beach Prince Resort and the original but restored Mauna Kea. Enjoy use of both complete facilities all at one fabulous resort.

Hapuna Beach Prince:
Oceanview Room : $210 per night
Premium Oceanview $230 per night
Oceanfront $275 per night
Mauna Kea Beach Hotel:
Mountainview Room $250 per night
Plumeria Wing room $325 per night
Oceanview, Main Building $350 per night
Rates do not include tax of 13.42% which will be added to your invoice. In most cases, there is no additional charge for a child sharing a room with two adults using existing bedding.
Rental Cars
Rental cars may be reserved through University Travel at group rates. Several companies are offered including Avis and Alamo. Typical rates:

Mid-size (Pontiac G6 or similar) $200.00
Full-size (Chevrolet Impala or similar) $220.00
Convertible, Luxury and Minivans (various) $345.00
5-passenger SUV $355.00
Car types are examples only and may be substituted with similar models. Rates shown are for pick-up and drop-off and at Kona airport. Cars are equipped with air-conditioning and automatic transmission. Rental car rates include unlimited mileage but do not include taxes, gasoline, and optional coverage.
Deposits/Payments/Cancellations
A $200 per person deposit is required to secure your hotel reservation. You will be invoiced for pre-payment of your stay approximately 60 days before arrival. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to a two night charge. Airfares used carry individual restrictions/penalties which will be advised at time of booking. Travel Services CST Registration #1015591-40. Upon receipt of your completed application and $200 per person deposit, we will mail you a travel confirmation package with all travel details.
Course Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing. Tuition will be refunded, minus a 10% administrative fee, for cancellations postmarked by June 24, 2011. No refunds will be given after that date. Conference Management reserves the right to cancel this program if a sufficient number of advance registrations are not received. In the case of cancellation of the program, registration fees will be completely refunded.
